Snowmen defy gravity

From Snowman defies gravity

All around Dresden snowmen, (they call a snowman a schneemann), are defying gravity. They appear to be in league with each other. Everywhere you go, you see a snowman leaning over in a way that I have never seen a snowman lean over. How do they do it? They keep the secret frozen within.
